This machine is the key equipment in the chocolate process. It is mainly used for regulate the necessary chocolate syrup temperature. It consists of tempering center, hot water and cold water cycle system, temperature sensor, electromagnetic valve, refrigeration system, heating system and electric box etc. parts.

 

This machine is electronic automatic control, the center is vertical type scraper tempering, the chocolate pump continuously feed syrup into the tempering center evenly, according to the chocolate process technology, regulating and controlling the temperature at every section of the tempering center accurately, which can guarantee the demoulding function. This machine can make chocolate have stable crystal quality, which can improve the chocolate quality.
